The ::-ms-thumb
CSS pseudo-element is a Microsoft extension that represents the thumb that the user moves within the track of a slider control to alter its numerical value. A slider control is one possible representation of <input type="range">.
Only the following CSS properties can be used in a rule with ::-ms-thumb
in its selector. Other properties are ignored.
