icecandidate

An icecandidate event is fired when an RTCIceCandidate has been added to the target, which is an RTCPeerConnection.

This happens (would be a few events) usually after local called RTCPeerConnection.setLocalDescription()

An event handler for this event can be added by setting the RTCPeerConnection.onicecandidate property.
